can't share too much bc of NDAs but our task was to see the everyday work, challenges and process, whilst also analysing and measuring organisationsl integration level of design thinking across various fields
i used this model as the basis btw https://www.service-design-network.org/community-knowledge/the-service-design-maturity-model
also i learned that europeans use the term "service design", whilst americans use the term "design thinking" for it
