Doing a little #foodstr or #cookstr or whatever the correct tag is experimenting. Tried 2 new peppercorns. Varieties related to black table pepper not chilis. I'm comparing to fresh ground, not pre ground which tastes like ashes and you should be embarrassed if you use it. I tried both varieties by chewing and eating a whole berry. Grains of Paradise. These tasted a little more earthy but also have a bit more kick. Sichuan. These taste like what on earth did I just put in my mouth. Tingling and numbness lasted about 5 minutes.
