I try and turn my mind to feeling grateful for the opportunity to be at one with everything - I 'try' to use the time to think and read - I can all too easily turn negative when suffering and feeling loneliness Is a form of self inflicted suffering for me. Today I'm meeting someone I don't know for a #plebwalk and I'm hoping that will help us both. You're not alone with your #nostr fam close by. Have a look at plebwalks.com if that's your thing or maybe start a local group doing something you love to do.
