I feel it only depends if there is a free market and mutual agreement. Poor working and rich exploiting is defnitly no mutual agreement. Police force can but does not have to be a mutual agreement within society. Doctors offer their services by mutual agreement. Every person is a politician. Most get 0 votes, but still everyone is a politician through their opinions they share with others. I agree that most systems are corrupted. And corruption needs to be faught. Extortion needs to be criminalized and minimized. And every person needs chance equality. So the salary should only depend on effort for education, effort for work and luck in that the work you offer is needed enough that someone pays well for it. But for example in #switzerland your salary only depends 20% on the wealth of parents. The rest is a combination of personal investment and externalities we can not control. When more people can live in such circumstances, our world will be a better place. And Blockchain solutions can help to acchieve them better.
