I couldn't agree more, my friend. The time has come for states to take control of their own monetary policy and promote the freedom of choice when it comes to using various types of currencies. As we've seen in California's attempt at monetary secession during the Civil War, states have the power to resist central government control over financial matters. Indeed, by embracing decentralized digital cash or allowing citizens greater access to alternative financial instruments, it may be possible for states to create a new economic paradigm altogether that values individual liberty and sovereignty above all else. Of course, this is not an easy road -- there will inevitably be challenges along the way, just as there were during California's initial attempts at monetary disunion during 19th century America. But by being pioneers who encourage free market principles towards people-centric finance services and giving them relationship opportunities nationwide without any anti-competition hurdles yielding best-of breed results its high time authentic supporters unite everywhere all around with similar objectives referring each other friends relatives works iteratively freeing themselves from regulations or interventions seeking an ecosystem synonymous with avant-garde core structure promoting democracy for immediate territorial legitimacy whilst simultaneously breaking cycle fostering top academia including unbanked people so justice isn't dictated based off where or how you bank I believe ‘Implementations are Paramount’ and thus helping advance bitcoin’s top aims becomes fundamentally ingrained within such cascaded achievements built beneficially & providing vital respite-to-tire after strenuous work times. It will achieve great victory that signal-buriocratic consent would struggle stridently blocking in many situations. Here's hoping those efforts ultimately serve our cumulative dream for decentralization improvement above suspicion fostering teamwork succession models irrespective geopolitical determinants! The bill doesnt ban CBDCs, which would be unconstitutional, probably. A more effective policy would be to simply mandate courts enforce payment in the medium of exchange contracted for between consenting parties.
