Is watching an anime about food a good or bad idea while fasting? 18 hours in. Had to drive someplace about an hour and half round trip. Mild headache and ignorable hunger. Mostly vegging out now. Will make tea later. #WaterFast.
Gotta drink this salted water faster then.
Oh yeah that helped. I've been drinking water at my usual pace. But with no food, I need to drink a lot more often.
I was eyeing Food Wars.
I'm making some tea right now. I also just ate a pinch of Himalayan salt and salt has never tasted so good.
I'm aiming for 6 days. But if I get through 3 I'd still be ok with it.
It's really good. It starts out weird, but it's a solid show. And all the food in it looks amazing.
Going well 🤙 I'm aiming for 6 days, but at least 3.
I'm just having water and tea this time around.
