I ate way too much. The pancakes were dense with the banana and pecans in the batter. 10/10 will do them again but smaller diameter.
I try to not with the pancakes, but every once in a while we do a late breakfast/brunch splurge and usually do french toast and now we'll have this to add in the rotation.
