I along with a few other people I know all received this meme in DMs from accounts with zero posts, zero follows etc.
Thats where i got it. To me it seemed like an intentional attempt to garner someones IP address for when they retrieve the image, to be able to correlate IP, or at least general location and ISP to an npub
