⚡🥜 nutjar-ui let's you add Lightning Donations to any website with close to no setup at all. It uses Cashu and NIP-61 under the hood to handle payments and send them to your nostr key. Untested, but this should work everywhere where you can add custom HTML script tags. I would assume that most forums sanitize their posts, to not let users inject custom scripts in there.
