I do have a somewhat romantic notion of a device that was created out of the bitcoin/lightning/nostr community. You know something really cool that is aligned with our ideas of verifying not trusting etc. Anyway just ideas, I'll be looking at that purism on the site and give you a follow with any questions. 🤙
Do you know anyone using purism ? That looks like a very interesting project. Wonder what kind of apps it can run, bitcoin/lightning wallets etc? How about the e foundation, you said you were incompletely happy with it? What are the bigger problems?

Nah you wouldn’t. I thought about buying one but it’s too rough around the margins for all but the most strident backers of Linux. Battery life and reliability are poor at best. Don’t get me wrong, I’m rooting for a Linux alternative but their phone isn’t it.
