GM! 🤙 I've been training hard this winter, trying to get rid of excess body fat while building muscle. Still a long way to go, but I'm up ~25lbs since the summer! Tried on a couple old dress shirts and they were very tight around the shoulders, arms, and chest. 😂 One day at a time.
