What would a custom emoji NIP look like ? Maybe you would publish a list with images and keywords, and then posts could reference that custom emoji sheet?

Just a thought, but would it work to actually have SVG data in the event? Then the emojis wouldn't be dependent upon a image hosted somewhere, wouldn't require another connection, expose your IP to another random server, etc? I'd imagine svg data for most emoji sized icons would be tiny.
