Being human is a wild experience. Emotions, hunger, joy, aging, failure, success. Take some time to meditate to go beyond all that - you will find you are less under the control of those forces and happier. True meditation is: “I am nothing. I want nothing. I do nothing.” Sit quietly and adopt that mindset for 20 minutes 2x a day. Also breathing techniques and yoga enable you to go deeper in meditation. The best thing to help your meditations, above all else, is to help others without expecting anything in return.
