Maybe I should have tried an even smaller set number every day. But I’ve written them off.
They look nice on the shelves. But would need to be carried out of the store.
My wrists aren’t great, I think from years of playing piano. I can’t hold a single handled heavy pan without support. I might try some wrist strengthening exercises before attempting traditional pushups again.
Good idea, I think I’ll incorporate more of those into my routine. Thanks!
