The Tilly breads also came in #vegetarian and #vegan versions, that looked really good. The rye flour makes them very satiating and doesn't drive my blood sugar nuts. St. Hildegarde von Bingen said that rye is warming, and can help healthy people lose weight and stay fit.
They also do boars. 🤤
I think about this due to #catholic fasting traditions. Important to make notes of interesting recipes.
