Go on amazon & order a big tub of grass fed beef tallow & cook with that instead of using PAM & other veg oils. And avoid all products that contain soybean oil, canola oil, cottonseed oil, corn syrup, etc.
I personally think it's better to just mostly avoid it. Heat tends to damage the fat (so does light) & good extra virgin olive oil has a really strong flavor that I'm not crazy about. I think both olive oil & avocado oil carry with them a pretty high oxydative load. I generally feel best when I cook with tallow or lard.
This explains why adding vanilla to flavor shit (even when it's supposedly real) seems to always be a problem for me.
