Quit Twitter again. Let's see how long I last. It always goes the same way: - I want quick news - I go back there - I get compulsive - I quit and feel better - I want quick news - I go back there It's obvious I need to disconnect from "news". Suppose I can trace that "need" back to procrastination. It's always much easier to use Nostr in a way that doesn't take over my life too much.
There's always something new popping up. Some controversy, bitcoin, shitcoin or otherwise. Hard not to get sucked in and waste a lot of time for no actual benefit. I've know this for a long time, but I keep slipping up 🙈

It's all true. It's irrational that I would abuse my limited time like that.
Remember, Elon is aware of this potent formula which feeds the news addiction. It should come with a list of side effects.
