Any nostr:npub1ex7mdykw786qxvmtuls208uyxmn0hse95rfwsarvfde5yg6wy7jq6qvyt9 hourly DCA’rs (I guess that would be HCA’rs😂) know why the exchange rate would be exactly the same for several consecutive hours? Isn’t the point to get the current rate every hour? Is there some volatility threshold it needs to cross for your rate to adjust?
