Ranking notes based on trend daily / weekly by number of likes etc. This is a very much needed feature in order to find valuable notes posted recently. Incredible work by #[0] #[1]

Technically, it is easy to add support because we are not doing anything difficult such as language detection. The mechanism is that reactions posted to relays that can be connected from Japan are simply displayed on the JP tab, so "region" is more accurate than "language".
