For sure. I haven't used Fusion360 but I've done some Blender and think that is similar. Modeling is more akin to sculpting IMO where CAD is going to be much more akin to drafting. In my experience with 3d modeling I found that my CAD skills didn't really translate over and vice versa. CAD is about defining precise measurements. You'll constrain measurements to a known point like your 0,0 origin. When modeling a part in CAD I think about it like how it would be machined. YouTube is your friend. There's a lot of buttons but they aren't as scary when you know what they do.
