Aaarrrrggghh!!! I've got people I follow disapearing again and since it's apparently been more than a week and I just noticed it neither of the services can go back far enough to find them. grrrrrr. I can at least go through my followers and follow back anybody that was following me. If there is one thing about nostr that drives me freaking nuts this is it.
It tends to happen when I switch between different clients.

What's the last client you tried to follow someone from before the loss event?
I have no idea 🤷🏼 I know it's been at least a week because thats how far back hist.nostr.land goes.
Hmm, this isn't the usual lost contact list type bug then? nostrudel is showing you're following lots of people. That or you've recovered it.
When I noticed people missing I still had around 300, so no, it wasn't a total wipe. Since then I've added anyone that was following me so I've got a pretty large list again.
