I just realized that I can use NWC instead of Alby Hub as the backend for my Alby Wallet. I just linked my Alby Wallet to my Minibits Wallet and now I can use Alby as a frontend for my backend wallet. Send and receive works great, and my available balance shown in Alby reflects the daily sat limit I set for that specific NWC connection. This is a great option for users who want to use Alby, but can't justify the expense of the Alby Cloud subscription, or want to run their own node. It's like Alby Lite! #bitcoin #Alby #lighting

No, Minibits is ecash and Lightning, with a custom LN address, NWC with individual profiles, and self-custodial. It's definitely one of the best wallets for Nostr use.
