BTCSessions has some great videos showing LNbits from the user point of view and explaining the different features and extensions. Darthcoin has a 1000 guided on how to set it up depending on your needs and also some materials on how to use it for different use cases (personal, uncle jim, small merchants, ecommerce, etc).
