I’ve been using lntips which i exported to bluewallet, love it. That’s for receiving, for the NIP-57 action Sending i use a noncustodial lightning wallet with zeus

You can use WoS and receive zaps. But unless you are on the test flight (beta) version of Damus then you’ll have to wait to get zaps.
Muun wouldn’t work as it cannot generate a perpetual address. You can only create invoices that are valid for n minutes. WoS allows you to create a LNURL that never changes, which is what you need for Damus.
