      86 hours in. Last night was hard. I had a headache and really felt like giving up. Eventually got to sleep. In the morning, still felt really low and achy. I let the time pass, played some music. Now I've showered and everything, and I feel fine and the melancholy has passed. The hunger is basically gone and I think my bowels completely cleared out yesterday. I'm feeling an ache in my neck and my other leg today. I can make it another day. Drinking a lot of water. #WaterFast
