GM Nostr! Today I am extremely sore which is deeply embarrassing because I've just been doing my simple and easy physical therapy exercises the past few days. I want to start working out more, so it seems prudent to start there and make sure I'm not all lopsided before trying to lift heavy again. I wish getting back in shape was easier, but if it was I guess more people would be in shape 😅 Anyways, I might just stretch and walk today but skip the PT and let my back rest a bit. I'm sticking to a six hour eating window for the most part. Trying to not let the winter weight creep up!
