Exactly. And that is the hard point. I use coinradar to search for Bitcoin ATMs. Often, the information is outdated ("this ATM left 5 years ago"). Sometimes, these ATMs require a phone number to buy #Bitcoin. So you first have to get an anonymous phone number. I will show in my blog posts how to do it...
