When it’s ready to serve in an hour. If I put it on the oil now it will absorb it all.
Oh we cook it with the fresh doe, the zaatar spread directly in the oven with a little olive oil. Best breakfast 🤙🏻 [820618]

Ingredients: Chickpeas Lemon Tahini Olive oil Garlic Salt Za’atar You can make it with dried or canned chickpeas, depending on how much time you have. I prefer starting with dried, but it adds many hours to your prep.
