After 92 hours, I've decided to break my fast π Thank you everyone who's accompanied me through this. I couldn't have gotten this far without you. It's the longest fast I've ever done. I hope to do this again in a few months for sure. It's definitely tough. 80-90 hours is no joke! It was tough. Next time I do a fast, will definitely let you know. Maybe there can be #NostrFasts π I gotta ease in, yeah. So broth is a good start. Feels good.
