GM GA GE GN! 100 squats for #31days plus some other random exercises that aren’t super noteworthy, but completed just the same.
The amount per set has increased, but it’s still not easy. Less lingering pain, more short term burn.
I’m not sure if it makes a difference. I need a knee brace and cortisone injection in my neck.
eta: I feel like I need
