Yeh I've just tested even small payments you guys have locked my sats in the account🤣💀
I was using them to rebalance some of my nodes lightning channels but I guess they don't want me to do that... should have a notice or something that says you can't transact in high volumes. I've got a considerable amount of sats stuck with them now, Ive emailed support and @ them here but they're taking their sweet time

I've just replied to your message. (sorry it was night time here). Thanks again for reaching out, this helps us to get better. You should be good but, but as we optimize for lightning on the web payments (e.g. zaps here) rebalancing nodes is a bit of an issue for us and you might run into this again depending on activity. let me know if it works for you! thanks
Thanks for the reply, sorry for overreacting a bit but it was a decent amount of sats stuck in the account and the message was basically just "contact support" so I hope you can understand I was just a bit stressed at the start🤣. I've moved most of it out now and won't be using the Alby account for that specific use case again so it's all good. Thank you!
