Gotta be honest with y'all, #nostr frens. I sold my entire stash (it wasn't that much) at $118k a few hours ago. My favorite Bitcoiner says that if it's a life-changing situation, there's nothing wrong with exiting for a while. I've always wanted to do something for customers, start my own business, and not have an annoying boss breathing down my neck. I need to start somewhere, and why not now, when Bitcoin made me a few bucks. Fuck it, I'm going to buy this orange little shop in the picture. Once I start accepting #bitcoin, maybe my stash could get even bigger then what I sold today. Traffic itself cost around $10k in my local currency and I need to have at least another $10k to build something, so I really needed to sell. HATE IT OR LOVE IT. Keep it quiet for now, once I have it rewritten in a paper contract we can start talking xd Bro, it's got one advantage, it's about 500m from to our house, basically where I'm taking this picture from, and that's a pretty specific part of town. And again on the other side of the bus stop like above the school it's like 500m from the shop it's like a housing estate type of eastern socialist Europe back in the days and like 1500m from my apartment. But lots of downsides, it's by the school and about 400m from a Vietnamese friend who has a Mixed Goods and Kids and the people of that estate used to shop there rather than that orange shop. People from the house opposite hardly ever went there, at most people from the bus stop (which is being rebuilt now, so it would be even better) That's why he's selling it. I've got it in my head that people from the estate, or from the house, or someone waiting for the bus could come to me. I'll keep the specific details to myself for now, just for now I'll say it's nature.
You’re in Czechia, right? What products are you planning to sell? Have you met any local bitcoiners who would be interested in being a customer? Whatever you do, I’d keep the building painted orange, and give it a fresh and brighter coat, including the roof. Have you seen what nostr:npub1zkr064avsxmxzaasppamps86ge0npwvft9yu3ymgxmk9umx3xyeq9sk6ec does? Maybe you can find some local artists to work with to really make it stand out.
