Yeah, I have actually seen quite a few people claim that just fasting for a significant amount of time can nearly wipe out any cancer because, while you will canabalize some muscle & other healthy tissues, the body is pretty good at knowing which cells are needed & which aren't. And when put in an emergency conservation mode all non-essential things are on the chopping block. The question with fasting alone seems to be, can you starve the cancer before you completely starve yourself, & at some stages you might not win.
