Agree. Never went out on an "alone date" with someone I didn't already know. Closest I got was a date with someone from a topical bulletin board.
Dating on Nostr is more like the latter, but better, as we have IRL meetup possibilities, so you can just arrange to attend the same meetup and that's less stress.
