Yes, I pirated a lot, I still have access to some premium torrent trackers, but even piracy is becoming increasingly difficult. Did you know there's only one group cracking AAA games right now? One in the entire world, and they usually take anywhere from 1 to 6 months per game. I'll be honest, I prefer having the original. I like having a collection. Now, there's no excuse for emulating older games, it's quite easy, the only issue is that Nintendo's Witch Hunt made some titles hard to find. At the end of the day, if I could, I'd collect everything I like 👀

Yes, I did. I stopped when I realized I'd have to study programming for most of the things I wanted to do, which I hated (and would eventually work with anyway, lol). It was supposed to be a parody for a community I hung out with. You can do some amazing things with RPG Maker, especially now that we have a ton of documentation from the community, but it's definitely not the engine I'd like to work with nowadays.

I hate to be a dick like this, but after years of being confronted with "if you can't afford games, don't buy them" from First World people, it's quite nice to see the same people complaining about prices. Not that it’s good news for my shithole either, but hearing that so many times as a young man felt like a knife to the stomach when your passion is video games.
