Correct. Deliberate deception must be commited. If I'm just selling sand to people who were promised by someone else that it would all turn to gold tomorrow, I'm not the fraud.

Of course they do money out of it. But they don’t give you any false expectations along the way. They don’t say ADA is the future of decentralized education. They sell to consenting adults who should know best what to do with their money. Wanna shitcoin? Here you are. Am I scammer now?

SL are NOT scammers nor fraudsters. They don't promise you anything they wouldn't keep. Maybe rather direct your outrage at the shitcoin operators and their influencers. Suggest whatever company you want, but without those false accusations. I'm a big fan of Coinkite myself.

Actually, this one wasn't anonymous. There should be a note out there that publicly links this zap with your first post and identifies a sender. Depends on your client whether you are able to see it.
