Yes it’s fairly simple to install. Just a basic script that connect to LND via macaroon. Take a look at the GitHub, they give lots of examples of various rules and strategies. I run mine using crontab to update fees and max HTLC values every 12 hours.
You can set rules like this (or even more complex rulesets) using charge-LND
