Projects look great. This week has me thinking as well. Does a tool exist to share and store signed bitcoin transactions until internet access is restored? Maybe whichever party goes online can also sync all the blocks to prove confirmation. I'm also thinking about lora. All those old helium miners could be repurposed to something useful.
Bitcoin magazine started talking about ordinals and drive chains within the first 10 minutes of their conference stream.

We don't need them specifically. Best to just build what we do need. they will need the same things eventually. Trying to reach a a specific group seems forced and not optimal for growing The network.
The internet of the 90s was only nerds. We found content then through searching somewhat but mostly linking from content we already found. How can we reproduce the 90s? I kind of think nostr is already following that path. Organic, not forced growth.
Nostr is is kinda nerd stuff. Nerds don't require women to continue being nerds. If you want this to not be a nerd space, you need to include more non nerds. So just make it easier to use and add a lot of dramatic / fake content
I'm a few versions behind. Update as needed. No reason to risk a new vulnerability affecting you if the new version doesn't also add something or fix something that currently affects you.

As a firmware engineer, I would never recommend an update unless it affects your use case. Don't just update because it's available. Only update if it improves your use case.

Been thinking about this. If you have no government, how do you prevent this situation: Someone out competes in the market, Grows into a corporation / centralized power. Everyone becomes dependent on them Creates rules that govern their customers Or does the culture just have to change so much that society denies them? Can anarchy scale or is it just as unrealistic as socialism is?
