I feel it too. They say a change is as good as a break so I plan to tone down the technical deep dives and do more circular economy stuff. Also spend more time on interests outside of bitcoin.

Ask or pay for help. You can do even more if you were not stretched thin across some stuff that probably has a bunch of menial tasks associated with it. I've read that part of exhaustion is a bunch of high risk/energy, low reward things that your brain really doesn't want you to be doing. Don't burn out before the halving! 🫂
