GM! The worst part is that they track everything. I’m not sure if you can jailbreak them, but the biggest advantage I’ve seen is that it’s a polite way to look at your phone during physical meetings at work lol.

Lol and that's a limited advantage because overly looking at watch during meetings is ill-looked.
