USA is actually the world's biggest tax haven and the only one nobody else can threaten.

tax havens generally nobody threatents, luxembourg, bermuda, bahamas, caymans, gibraltar usually because everyone has bank accounts in them

also, i believe that it's only specific states in USA that are tax havens, like Delaware and Wyoming

I'm actually based in Germany and I have other reasons to travel to Austin, so I can't travel cross-country, over there. Seems like MI and Texas are far enough away from each other, that they won't clash.
