Nah. Good marketing. Always jump in. Even if they are complaining, unfairly, it gives your brand visibility and your engaging makes the thread longer and pushes it onto trending. Haters are also activity, after all. Every time you complain about Nostrwine, it increases the name recognition of his product. Even complaints are not really a problem, so long as they're not really terrible things. All news is good news.
