You look great Susie! What does your average day look like? What do you usually eat and how often? And what do you usually do for exercise?
Thanks Oxtr! Usually eggs, a steak or both for breakfast and some kind of beef or often fish now in HI for dinner. I exercise every day. We usually walk 3 miles in the morning with our dogs, then we are either hiking, kayaking, or I take surf lessons after that. I also lift weights or do Pilates 30mins-1hr 6 days/week. It’s easy to be active in the islands.

My ldl and total cholesterol have increased slightly in 2 years but my triglycerides have decreased significantly so that my TGL/HDL ratio is better than it has ever been.
