Watched Halloween (1978), a horror movie directed by John Carpenter. Michael Myers, 6 years old, stabs his sister to death on Halloween. He is sent to an asylum for the criminally insane. 15 years later, he escapes and returns to his small town to kill again. I really enjoyed this one. Very eerie. The killer never speaks, which adds to his creepy stalker vibe. Seeing him stalk the main character and her friends really adds to the tension. Jamie Lee Curtis is really good as the protagonist, Michael Myers’ prey. It’s her feature film debut. 8/10 #nodereviews
I’m currently going through John Carpenter’s movies and Alejandro Jodorowsky as well. I’m curious about the other Halloween movies but Carpenter wasn’t involved. I’ve been burned by Final (shitty) Destination 😂 Soon ™, maybe
You recommend them? They’re actually good?
I wouldn’t say scary like the usual jump scare or gory movies we’re used to these days. It’s more an every stalker vibe. The murders aren’t that impressive (1978). I opened the can of worms again🤣🫂
*eery stalker vibe
Everything is funner/less creepy with the lights on 🤌🏾

Was tempted to repost or reply with a joke, but didn't wanna poke the node today. Knew what you meant, of course
I have no issues with you 🫂🤝
Nor should you. I'm awesome
I totally forgot you’re involved in movie making. How far along is it?
Elaborate outfits and a nice smile 🤌🏾 https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/DoNotDisturb_1965_03P2019.jpg?w=800
Indeed 🤭
😂
Cooking in the dark is a dangerous game. Especially with no pants on 😂
And funny
On topic of scary movies, my trick is to look down slightly, or partially block screen with say my knee or a finger (casually), so nobody can see I'm scared
They’re called scary movies, not pretend not to be scared movies 😂
🤝
I regulate the fear level. Mostly just hate the jump scare
