super crazy outside right now... air is dry and warm, light rain, heavy, erratic winds, and a rainbow
#madeira #weather #rainbow
i guess this is probably typical weather here in winter, more or less
the shopkeeper lady i have been a bit obsessing about was sick with a cold, telling me that it was unusually cold last week, and now it is weird and warm and windy, the little new wave kitty Chikita also last time i saw her had a runny nose
the real estate agent i pay my rent to for this place told me that the weather has changed substantially here, it used to be this time of year it was non-stop rain for days, weeks on end, but now it typically is warm in the daylight hours, and often rains after dank, which has been pretty consistent...
this new warm windy weather is something different though... i think it's another of the many signs of the change in climate occurring because of the weakening magnetic field... just as the increased UV is also increasing glacial and polar ice cap melt in the arctic regions, in the temperate regions in decarbonised dry areas like north africa and other deserts, the infrared heating level is also going up, and overall, the whole globe is getting more cloud cover and stronger differentials between hot/high pressure zones and wet/low pressure zones leading to exactly this kind of crazy windy warm wet weather with a strong diurnal pattern that we are seeing here
there is no question in my mind that it is a given that in the near future some absolutely batshit crazy stuff is going to happen, weather, volcanoes, earthquakes
if you are paying attention, you know that there's something you can do about it, and while i kinda agree with the general principle that the best solution is to get to high ground, i am also inclined to suggest that "high ground near the ocean" is viable if you can build a solid, underground structure, or possibly underwater construction, as one of my follows has been talking about, and possibly there may be ways to even build water vessels that will survive, a-la Noah style, if your location is such that you won't get slammed into a mountain by the epic tsunamis that will come along with the nonstop thunderstorms
i see it here, this has nothing to do with carbon dioxide, or methane, in fact CO2 at least, is helping moderate it, because more greenery holds more water and heat against the tendency towards cooling and a new glaciation that is actually what we have coming
the last time this happened the period was called the Younger Dryas and cloud cover was constant, the temperatures were low, it was very wet, and there was little sun to drive the food chain and this was after the catastrophic events of the Flood (and pole shift) and then in the next 1200 years was a series of massive meteor impacts, one of which is the reason why north africa and the middle east are devoid of carbon and desert
and right now, that shiny sand is the reason why it's windy and crazy right now here, it's easy to see from my previous picture that the sea-going winds are heading to the left as in my picture which is west, meaning the hot air is coming from africa
