Is that really what's in my pocket though, or is it mostly access to titties and gotcha mobile games? The tools can only save individuals who use them in a positive, productive manner. But tools are far easier to use for destruction because that doesnt require any training or discipline. This is true with the phones, and it's true with the "fixed money". Few will "get it".
