Many people like to use Bitcoin Pizza Day as a platform to discourage bitcoin spending but any money you have spent throughout your life could have been sats stacked instead. We should all consider reducing our expenses to maximize the amount of sats we save long term but personally I would rather spend bitcoin than shitcoins like the dollar.

I follow #[2] advice of spend ₿itcoin and immediately replace it while its still available to do so.

Simply stack more sats than you spend 🤙

Thanks for the guilty conscience

I don't really care what people do with their sats. I mind my own business-->> Sovereign Welder LLC As for me? I stack them & Only invest them in myself/tools. I'm not blowing them on junk food just to be cool on the internet.

It's not about blowing. It's about preferring to use them as a payment method if one can. And steadily enforcing throughout the economy that one can.
Sats for pizza is a bad deal. Im not spending what could send my grandkids to college on junk food. Fees to spend, exchange, and transact. For the illusion of spending BTC. Still today very few vendors actually accept BTC. They just happen to have payment processors that accept+ exchange it for them. Domino's is not running a btcpayserver. Get real dude.

SPEND SPEND SPEND!!

This is why my go-to hashtags for boosting many posts are #OptOut and #UseBitcoin. Just saving in Bitcoin is not enough. People need to use and transact in it or we're only realizing half of it's true monetary utility.

For me the conversion to sats is a one way street. Save and spend sats, never sell them to hold fiat.

Spend and replace increases velocity of Bitcoin in the circular economy and normalizes receipt of Bitcoin by merchants. Definitely better to spend and replace.
