Salt is the main one that I can tell so far. There have been days where I feel lightheaded and slightly dizzy. After reading more about salt, I made a conscious effort to heavily increase salt intake. I’m not having those moments as much anymore. Aside from that I haven’t been taking supplements.

You have a camera in my pantry. That’s what I’ve been doing. LMNT (trying to get into the unsweetened, not quite there yet) and then also adding more salt to each meal.
