The Columbia record house was amazing
That's amazing π
Yes! I don't know how they let kids sign up for that π
Oh man I had an Atari 2600. Defender and Jungle Hunt were my favorite games.
It was a catalog of cds where you would get 10 CDs for $10 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Columbia_House
I assumed someone from across the pond made this image π
It was a was a music CD subscription service.

Me too? Why did they let a kids order $100+ worth of CDs.
I used one at my mom's office. I was always fascinated by it π₯Ή

Video rental stores were cool. Browsing a Netflix catalog just isn't the same.
Hmm that reminds me. One of these days I need to convert a bunch of old family VHS tapes to digital video for my parents.
My dad's a boomer π€
I had one most of the 80s I bet.
I bet it was until the mid or late 80s we had the rotary phone. Hard to remember. We had cordless phones that had metal pull out antennas in the early 90s or so π
