How would the #Bitcoin network behave in these regions once Russia activates this "purely domestic network"? Nodes would try to find new peers within the new smaller network? Would be interesting to see if there are any bigger mining pools in Russia at all. Maybe all the templates for Russian Miners come from abroad... In any case, Miners would immediately stop hashing I guess. 😅
What exactly do you mean? They wouldn't be able to disconnect the whole country and that it only works for smaller regions?
